转轮除湿机采用先进最成熟技术,效率高,除湿量大,其性能远高于其他国产或进口组装机。
1:通过直接物理吸附处理除去湿气。无论周围环境如何、它都可控制相对湿度(RH)低达1%,并且可提供80M3/H~42 500M3/H标准容量的除湿机系统。
2:转轮边缘独家采用钢圈法兰固定,转轮强度远高于国内外同类产品。
3:不同型号机组配备有不同型号的除湿转轮,保证通过转轮风速的均一, 从而保证各型号机组在不同工况下的额定除湿量与出口余压。
4:由于使用专利性能的硅胶或分子筛干燥剂,具有优异的选择吸附性能,能够选择性吸附水分子;而排出粉尘等杂质,因此是不易堵塞的。
5:控制系统采用PLC控制具有良好的操作界面。可数字化显示各种重要温度,并且可以突出显示各主要部件运行状态。遇到故障时可以自动诊断、并且指示故障种类。

5: the control system adopts PLC control and has a good operation interface. It can digitally display all kinds of important temperatures and highlight the running state of the main components. When fault occurs, it can automatically diagnose and indicate the type of fault.
